At Paw Full, LLC, we want you and your pets to be happy with every purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.

📅 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused, with original tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please note that items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

🐾 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right quickly.

🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (beauty or hygiene items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

If you’re unsure about your product’s eligibility, reach out to us before returning.

🔄 Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return your item first. Once accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no justification required.
As with other returns, items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process it
