📦 Orders

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • You’ll receive both an order confirmation email and a shipping notification with tracking upon dispatch.

Delivery windows are estimates only. Delays may occur due to carrier backlogs, weather, or customs.

Customs & Duties: International orders may incur import duties or taxes (including VAT) on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO / DPO: We’ll try to accommodate, but some carriers may have limitations. Contact us before ordering if needed.

↩️ Returns & Refunds

  • 30-day return window: Request within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

  • How to start: Email us with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions.

  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within ~10 business days after inspection. (Banks may take extra time to post.)

  • Non-returnable: Perishables, custom/personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous/flammable items, sale items, and gift cards.

  • EU customers: A 14-day cooling-off period applies for qualifying orders shipped into the EU.

  • All transactions are processed securely, with payment details encrypted in transit.
