⏳ Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays) after your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order dispatches.

  • During peak seasons or severe weather, processing may take longer.

Times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs inspections, weather, or peak seasons.

↩️ Returns & Refunds

  • 30-day return window: Request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and include proof of purchase.

  • How to start: Email PawFull@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll send a return label and instructions.

  • Non-returnable items: Perishables, custom/personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, sale items, and gift cards.

  • EU customers: 14-day cooling-off period applies for qualifying orders shipped into the EU.

  • Refunds: After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may take additional time to post.

💳 Payments

  • We accept major debit/credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.

  • All transactions are processed securely, and payment details are encrypted during transfer.

🧾 Taxes & Duties

  • Domestic orders: Sales tax may apply based on your shipping address and local regulations.

  • International orders: Import duties, taxes, and fees (including VAT) may be charged upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

📦 Order Tracking

  • Tracking details are emailed after shipment.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate.

  • If tracking appears delayed or you need help, contact us at PawFull@hotmail.com.

🏠 Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • If you entered an incorrect address, email us immediately. We’ll attempt to update before shipment.

  • Packages returned due to undeliverable addresses or failed delivery attempts may incur reshipping fees.

  • Report lost or damaged items within 7 days of marked delivery (or expected delivery if lost). For damage claims, please provide photos.

📮 Shipping to P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO / DPO

We do our best to accommodate deliveries to P.O. Boxes and military addresses, but some carriers have restrictions. Please contact us in advance if you require these services.

  • Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

  • We may limit product quantities to ensure fair access.
