30-day return window: Request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and include proof of purchase.

How to start: Email PawFull@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll send a return label and instructions.

Non-returnable items: Perishables, custom/personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, sale items, and gift cards.

EU customers: 14-day cooling-off period applies for qualifying orders shipped into the EU.

Refunds: After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may take additional time to post.

📮 Shipping to P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO / DPO
We do our best to accommodate deliveries to P.O. Boxes and military addresses, but some carriers have restrictions. Please contact us in advance if you require these services.
